With a career spanning over 35 years it's pretty safe to say Doug knows a thing or two about what a working musician needs on the road. The collaboration between Doug and Schecter has spawned an instrument unlike no other!

The body is made from a strong piece of Mahogany finished in an awesome Satin Black. Mahogany as a tone wood has awesome depth and power behind it, perfect for this instrument. The body is well balanced and weighted brilliantly. The Doug Pinnick DP-12 has taken the music world by storm thanks to it's super unique 12 string design which creates a sound unlike anything you have ever heard before from a Bass.

The 3-Piece Maple neck is reinforced with Carbon Fiber rods to provide extra strength against the added string tension. It features a Thin "C" 22 Extra Jumbo frets, 16" Radius, and a 34" Scale length. This neck is super quick and easy to navigate and with the Luminlay glow in the dark dots you can always see where your playing!
