The result is a device so essential to your Rack that it could demand its own spot on the periodic table, right next to oxygen and carbon. Combine four distortion types—Saturation, Overdrive, Wavefolder, and Bitcrush, with supporting effects like dynamics, filters, EQ and creative effects. Split your sound across three frequency bands and process them separately. Add grit to mids, keep your lows clean, or just mess around until it sounds great. Fully integrated into the Reason Rack, Osmium has built-in CV connections and modulation with two LFOs, a curve sequencer, and an envelope follower. Three external effect loops also let you patch any Rack device directly into its signal chain, enabling sounds that couldn’t exist anywhere else.
