Four Independent Effect Lanes

Process audio through Volume, Pan, Filter (14 types) and Bitcrusher — each lane runs its own sequencer and controls.

Audio In → Rhythmic Reshaping

NovaGrid doesn’t generate sound — it takes incoming audio and reshapes it rhythmically in real time.

Reorderable Modulation Chain

Drag & drop lane tabs to change the processing order (left to right) and drastically alter the result.

Per-Lane Step Sequencer

Each lane has its own step count, speed/division, direction and step range — fully independent by default.

Link Lanes (Smart Linking)

Manual edits mirror across linked lanes, while randomization generates independent variations per lane.

Swing, Gate and Smooth let you go from tight choppy modulation to fluid, evolving motion.

Powerful Editor Tools

Draw sequences with curves and shapes (line, ease, sine, triangle, exp, smoothstep, etc.) or free-paint values.

Grid Repeat Editing

Enable the grid to repeat your editor shape across the sequence with adjustable “grid steps”.

Randomization Systems

Use local dice, Random Sequence, Complexity, and Shuffle (with block size) for fast controlled chaos.

Global Random Engine (Per-Parameter)

Right-click a dice to include/exclude it from Global Random — dots indicate what will be affected.

Locks for Total Control

Lock parameters, lock the sequence, or lock the whole lane to protect key values from presets and randomization.

Presets & Browser Workflow

Save presets with name/author/description. Browse, search, favorite, import/export, and drag & drop presets or folders.

Look Editor (Cross-Compatible Themes)

Customize colors and export/import .mnLook themes — compatible with Harmony Bloom and Chord Generator.

MIDI Learn

Assign MIDI CC to most controls (and even lane selection) for hands-on performance and tweaking.
