The Manuel Rodríguez Magistral series is a solid model range with unique features at an extremely attractive price/performance ratio.
In addition to the use of solid wood, the original Spanish neck foot construction ensures quick response, optimal sound development, long-lasting sustain, and maximum stability. In this top class of guitar construction, the one-piece neck extends into the body and is directly connected to the sides, back, and top. The cedar wood used for this is particularly light and optimizes the balance of the guitar.
In addition, the guitars, which are handmade, have other features that are quite special in this moderate price range. These include the stabilizing neck inlay made of ebony, the fingerboard, which is also made of ebony, the saddle, and the bridge inlay, hand-filed from oiled vintage bone, and the water-based eco-high-gloss varnish.
A special feature of all 4/4 guitars by Manuel Rodríguez is the GEWA armrest, which offers two decisive advantages: Its rounded shape ensures a particularly pleasant playing feel and allows the top to swing freely over its entire surface, as it prevents dampening by the right arm resting on the guitar.
More sound, more comfort.
The innovative Moreno 12-hole bridge, thanks to its special design, always allows the strings to exert the same pressure on the bridge insert. In contrast to the standard 6-hole bridge, the strings can be attached more easily, more quickly, and more securely. The risk of the strings slipping through and the resulting damage to the top is greatly reduced.
Hanna Bach 815HTC strings, are fitted at the factory and perfectly round off the tonal quality of this series.
