The Ironheart Foundry series has taken the sheer power and dynamism of our Ironheart tube amps and smelted and forged their characteristics to deliver monstrous power and incredible versatility in an ultra-compact form. The IRF-LEADRIG112 consists of the incredible IRF-LEADTOP packaged with a custom-designed GS112FE cabinet. Loaded with a custom-designed HH 1260 driver delivering 60 Watts RMS @ 8 Ohms. All wood, open back construction, black metal corners, and a 6.3 mm jack give it a professional sound and feel. You will not be disappointed.
The 12” HH custom driver was designed specifically for HH and is optimized to match the output characteristics of the amplifier it is paired with. HH has a long and illustrious pedigree in loudspeaker design.

FX loops are important as they allow you to add effects to the signal path in a specific place between the pre-amp and the output section on an amplifier. This is where FX loops are important as it allows you to put time-based FX after the distorted pre-amp section. For example, delayed distortion sounds different from distorted delay – try it.
