Who We Are

Proaudiostar has been serving musicians since 2006. We are passionate about music. Proaudiostar is made up of Musicians, Producers, Composers, DJs, Engineers and Artists who are actively involved in every area of Brooklyn’s thriving music scene. And who love gear as much as you do. Our knowledgeable and friendly staff is here to help answer any questions you have.


Warehouse Locations

Proaudiostar ships all orders from our warehouse in Winchester, VA.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours of purchase.


Shipping

We provide free shipping on most items via FedEx within the continental United States. Most orders will require a customer signature upon delivery.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional shipping fee. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other US territories and international shipping is available for an additional shipping fee. The shipping cost will be calculated based on your order and the additional shipping cost will be taken after the order is placed. 

To ensure the quickest turnaround time, please contact us BEFORE placing an order that needs expedited shipping, for orders shipping internationally or to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or other US territories.

Please note, we cannot ship to PO boxes or to APOs.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all local duties, taxes and charges, and they are not included in the sale price or shipping cost. Proaudiostar will apply an online sales tax at checkout with any applicable tax rates required by the state to which the order is being delivered. In the event that the customer refuses a shipment, or if the item is undeliverable, shipping costs to and from the country or state in which the item was shipped to will not be refunded.


WARRANTIES AND PRODUCT COVERAGE

All new items purchased from Proaudiostar carry a full manufacturer warranty (please contact the manufacturer directly for terms and conditions of product warranties).

Most b-stock, used, and open box items carry a limited or full manufacturer warranty.

For additional coverage, Proaudiostar has partnered with Extend. Extend offers 2 year, 3 year and 5 year protection plans that cover damage, theft and accidental breakage. Extend plan options are available for purchase on the product page above the Add To Cart button on all applicable products. If plan options are not visible above the add to cart function, the product is not currently eligible for an Extend warranty.

RETURNS

Most items are returnable for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same conditions that they were shipped. This incudes all original packaging, accessories and documentation. After 30 days, Proaudiostar cannot accept the return, however most items carry a full manufacturer warranty that cover product defect. Additional coverage is available for most items with the purchase of an Extend Warranty.

Proaudiostar must be notified of all shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement. Photos may be requested for damaged items prior to the RMA Approval

Items that are not returned in the condition they were delivered are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned for discretionary reasons (i.e. buyers remorse, wrong item purchased, product didn’t work for customer’s needs etc.) may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. Proaudiostar reserves the right to deduct the cost of shipping from the refund. Items that do not have the original packaging cannot be accepted for return.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED INCLUDE: 

  • Software
  • Items returned in a different condition than they were delivered (missing contents, accessories, documentation, and/or damaged packaging) 
  • Items that are considered for “personal use” (headphones, in ear monitors, vocal microphones, instrument mouthpieces, harmonicas, etc.) 
  • Special Orders 
  • Discontinued products 
  • Close-out sales. 

We strongly recommend that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.

Please contact us at the email or phone number below with your order number and a description of the issue at hand for a Return Merchandise Authorization. Proaudiostar will not be held responsible for returns or shipments sent without an RMA number or Proaudiostar shipping label.
