The APEX270 is a low visibility, wide-range headset microphone. It is ideal for singers, drummers or anyone who prefers to have their hands free. The unit features a lightweight and easily adjusted wire frame, which is tough enough to withstand continuous, highly active use yet, be comfortable enough to wear for extended periods of time.

The APEX270 features a dynamic cardioid microphone specifically optimized for close proximity use. Also, specifications have been carefully tuned for this type of vocal application and include a frequency response of 100 to 10,000Hz, sensitivity of -78dB and a maximum sound pressure level of 74dB. Unlike many headset mics, the APEX270 does not require phantom power to operate, and has an attached XLR microphone cable.
