Q: If you take lower offers on all your products, then why don't you just list them at the lower price to begin with. A: All our prices are at MAP (Minimum Advertised Price). We can not list our items on our site below MAP, however we can accept offers that are below the MAP price.
Q: Why do you have to list at MAP? A: The reason we must list at MAP is because we are an Authorized Dealer, which means we buy factory direct and you get a warranty, a valid serial number, and a great return policy.
Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
4. Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What is B Stock/Refurbished? A: B Stock/Refurbished can be a demo unit, display unit, or a customer return that is under warranty and must pass an extensive inspection that tests to make sure every aspect is fully functioning. In many cases the inspection B Stock units must pass is even more demanding than standard quality control brand new units go through. We get great discounts on B Stock and then pass on the savings to you!
