Great Sound, sub-par Quality

I was shipped these headphones on accident instead of the regular TMA-1s, and I've had them breaking since day one when the rubbery ear cups fell off because the glue didn't seem to do it's job, but they included a separate pair of ear cups which made things better, but then the cable lock broke about a week later, and now I have discovered that my headband is cracked almost halfway through. I don't know of it was because it was an early batch or if this is regular quality for aiaiai, but I plan on getting regular TMAs and hoping they'll last. Btw, greatest sounding headphones out there.
